Permanent Eyebrows
The most flattering brows begin with a personalized approach. We consider your skin type and condition, facial structure, natural brow growth, and personal preferences before recommending the technique best suited to you.
Powder Brows (Ombré)
Softly defined, beautifully blended brows.
Powder Brows use a graduated shading technique, with richer pigment along the lower brow edge and tail that gradually blends into a softer upper edge and brow head.
The result is a dimensional, polished appearance that can be customized from subtle and natural to more defined, depending on your features, skin characteristics, and personal preferences.
Freshly tattooed brows appear darker and more pronounced. As they heal, the pigment softens to reveal the intended finished appearance.
Fully Shaded Brows
Beautiful definition, customized just for you.
Fully Shaded Brows provide more consistent pigment coverage throughout the brow, creating a fuller, more defined appearance. This technique can be especially beneficial for clients with sparse or very little natural brow hair.
The application can also be customized for a softer, more sheer result, depending on your skin, facial features, and personal preferences.
As the brows heal, the initial pigment intensity softens, revealing the intended finished appearance.
Permanent Eyeliner
Beautifully defined eyes, without the daily effort of applying eyeliner.
From subtle lash-line definition to a more dramatic, winged look, permanent eyeliner can be customized to complement your eye shape, personal style, and desired appearance.
We offer three upper eyeliner techniques—Lash Enhancement, Shaded Eyeliner, and Classic Eyeliner—as well as Lower Eyeliner, available on its own or in combination with an upper eyeliner treatment.
We'll discuss your preferences and recommend an approach suited to your features, skin characteristics, and lifestyle.
Lower Eyeliner
The finishing touch—or a beautiful enhancement on its own.
Lower Eyeliner adds definition beneath the eyes and can be performed as a standalone treatment or combined with an upper eyeliner technique. The placement and intensity are customized to your desired look.
Classic Eyeliner
Crisp, polished definition.
For those who love the appearance of liquid eyeliner, Classic Eyeliner creates a bold, saturated line with clean, defined edges and a more pronounced wing. The thickness and wing are customized to complement your eyes and personal style.
Shaded Eyeliner
Softly blended elegance with a delicate wing.
Shaded Eyeliner combines defined lash-line pigment with soft shading that extends onto the eyelid. The upper edge is gently blended, creating a graceful transition of color, while a customized wing adds lift and definition.
Lash Enhancement Eyeliner
Beautiful definition along the lash line.
Rich, saturated pigment is placed along the natural lash growth line to create the appearance of fuller, darker lashes. This technique enhances the eyes without the appearance of traditional eyeliner extending onto the eyelid. (Shown with lower liner add-on)

Permanent makeup techniques, equipment, and pigment formulations have evolved significantly over the years. At Divine Beauty Studio, we combine experience with continuing professional education to evaluate and redesign older permanent makeup.
Whether we're working with faded eyebrows or previously tattooed eyeliner, we carefully assess the existing pigment, shape, skin characteristics, facial features, and your personal preferences before recommending an approach.
Sometimes a new design can beautifully improve older work. Other situations may require additional treatment or may not be suitable for covering.

What to Expect
Step 1 — Your Personal Consultation
Every permanent makeup treatment at Divine Beauty Studio begins with a required consultation. This allows us to discuss your goals, evaluate your individual needs, and determine the most appropriate treatment before scheduling your procedure.
Complimentary Phone Consultation — 15 Minutes
Schedule a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation through our online booking system.
Before your appointment, you'll be asked to send clear photographs of clean, makeup-free skin in the area you're considering for treatment. This allows us to review your features and any existing permanent makeup before discussing your options.
During our conversation, we'll discuss your goals, answer questions, and determine whether an in-person evaluation may be necessary.
In-Studio Consultation — 30 Minutes | $50
For a more detailed, face-to-face evaluation, schedule a 30-minute consultation at Divine Beauty Studio.
We'll consider your skin characteristics, facial structure, natural brow growth, existing permanent makeup, and personal preferences before recommending an appropriate treatment.
If you decide to book your permanent makeup service, your $50 consultation fee will be credited toward your required booking deposit.
Step 2 — Booking Your Procedure
Once your consultation is complete and we've determined an appropriate treatment plan, you may schedule your permanent makeup appointment.
A $150 booking deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward the total service price.
If you've completed the paid in-studio consultation, its $50 fee is credited toward this deposit.
Step 3 — Your Permanent Makeup Appointment
Before beginning, we'll review your treatment plan and carefully establish the design.
For brows, you'll have an opportunity to see and discuss the proposed shape before the permanent makeup is applied. For eyeliner, we'll discuss the placement, thickness, and style appropriate for your eyes.
Your comfort, confidence, and understanding of the process are important throughout your appointment.
Step 4 — Healing & Your Finished Results
Permanent makeup changes in appearance as the skin heals.
Permanent Brows: Freshly tattooed brows initially appear darker and more defined. As healing progresses, the pigment softens, revealing a more natural-looking result.
Permanent Eyeliner: The goal is beautiful, lasting definition. Depending on the technique selected, your finished eyeliner may feature saturated lash-line pigment, softly blended shading, or a crisp, winged design.
Healing experiences and pigment retention vary from person to person. You'll receive detailed aftercare instructions to help you care for your permanent makeup during recovery.
Step 5 — Your Follow-Up Appointment
Permanent makeup is a process, not simply a single appointment.
Your follow-up allows us to evaluate how the pigment has healed and make appropriate refinements to color, saturation, or detail.
The goal is a finished result that complements your features and reflects the design we've planned together.
